Responsibilities
End-to-end transaction management for a portfolio of investments including; Real estate, infrastructure, telecommunications, media, entertainment and technology, leisure, and healthcare
Operational analysis of proposed transactions
Advising and coordinating approvals across internal and external stakeholders
Transaction closing and ongoing administration
Implementation of appropriate procedures for effective day-to-day management
Ownership of data in loan management and peripheral systems
Approval responsibility for loan administration activity within LoanIQ and other systems
Staff engagement, development and day-to-day management
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience within a similar role with a focus on bilateral, syndicated or private equity deals
Previous experience utilizing LoanIQ (or equivalent corporate loan management system)
Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, finance, business or similar
Preferred
Experience in process optimization and change projects is advantageous
