Responsibilities

Oversee lifestyle (e.g. Food, Travel, lifestyle vlog) creator onboarding, incubation, and operational workflows to enhance content production efficiency

Develop and implement strategies to drive creator growth, engagement, and monetization opportunities

Manage merchant partnerships, performance analytics, and platform compliance to optimize creator success

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and scale creator programs effectively

Required

Strong communication skills

Ability to manage mass communication and facilitate group coordination

Thrives in a dynamic, creator-facing environment with shifting priorities

Experience in creator operations, particularly managing small creators or merchant projects, with strong follow-through across all process stages

Process-oriented thinker with the ability to propose and maintain templates, SOPs, and shared documentation for efficient workflows

Basic understanding of TikTok and content trends in the F&B or attractions industry is a plus
