Solutions Executive
Axxess Networks is a trusted leader in secure, cloud-based communication and network solutions for businesses across the United States. The Solutions Executive is responsible for developing, managing, and growing customer relationships within Axxess’s expanding mid-market and enterprise segment, focusing on driving revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities
Manage and expand a portfolio of existing Axxess customers across multiple industries
Proactively identify opportunities to introduce new solutions (UCaaS, Contact Center, LTE Failover, AI Voice, etc.)
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to strengthen relationships, uncover challenges, and align technology with business goals
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, retention, and reference ability
Prospect and acquire new mid-market and enterprise customers through outbound outreach, referrals, and partner collaboration
Partner with Channel Account Managers and MSPs to maximize growth within shared accounts
Lead discovery conversations, demos, and proposals to win new business
Become a trusted advisor by understanding each client’s communication infrastructure, challenges, and future needs
Articulate the value of Axxess solutions in addressing pain points such as downtime, outdated systems, compliance risks, or poor support
Leverage product experts and engineering teams as needed to design optimal solutions
Work cross-functionally with operations, provisioning, and customer success to ensure seamless deployments
Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and activity tracking in CRM
Contribute to market feedback and product insights to enhance the Axxess portfolio
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in B2B technology, telecom, or SaaS sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through consultative selling
Experience managing full-cycle sales in mid-market or enterprise accounts
Strong understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud communication solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
