Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of complex CRE debt assets
Develop and execute asset management strategies for structured and transitional loan portfolios
Serve as a senior advisor on valuation, due diligence, and credit risk matters
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and key stakeholders
Coordinate effectively with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, and third-party service providers
Deliver comprehensive portfolio performance and risk reports to senior leadership and clients
Oversee P&L responsibilities, budgeting, and cost management
Lead talent development, performance management, and succession planning
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards

Required

Advanced skills in ARGUS, Excel, and financial modeling
Well-connected within the CRE and financial services ecosystem
