Serve as the main point of contact for venue partners, clients, and artists
Planning and scheduling events
Coordinating with venues and staff
Promoting events to attract participants
Providing excellent customer service to clients and attendees
Qualification
Required
Proven skills in Event Planning and Event Management
Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
Experience in Sales and client relationship management
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple events
Proficiency with virtual tools, emails, and social media promotion
Ability to work independently and remotely
Preferred
Passion for art, creativity, and engaging with people is a plus
