Build and grow your book of business with a focus on new client acquisition and retention with support from our Senior Advisors
Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions and recommend tailored solutions
Foster long-term relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
Utilize company-provided leads, tools, and resources to drive business growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field or a minimum of two years of experience in financial services
Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site Monday to Friday
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals
Must be a US citizen
Preferred
License and Certifications (Preferred): CFP, CFA, 2-14, or Series 65
