Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis - C2M system

Design and configuration of the C2M

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide guidance to end-users

Work with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements related to the C2M system

Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications for the C2M system

Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired C2M functionality

Review and analyze system requirements specifications for clarity, completeness, and consistency

Participate in the design and configuration of the C2M system to meet business needs

Provide functional expertise in areas like rate design, billing configurations, and customer account management

Recommend best practices for system configuration and data management within C2M
