Sales Representative
Spheric is a remote-forward company specializing in delivering precision machining sales expertise. They are seeking a Sales Representative to execute targeted prospecting, develop customer relationships, and conduct market analysis to drive growth within the precision machining industry.
Responsibilities
Execute targeted prospecting and lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities within the precision machining sector
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends and competitive positioning
Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs and technical specifications
Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and track client interactions effectively
Network actively within the industry to expand contacts and discover emerging sales prospects
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees (Master's or higher) are a plus
2-3 years (Intermediate) to 5+ years (Senior) of outside sales experience, preferably in precision machining or related industries
Intermediate to Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal
Proficiency with CRM software and standard sales tools
Strong skills in prospecting, lead generation, customer relationship management, and negotiation
Preferred
Prior experience specifically within the precision machining industry
Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly
Exceptional presentation and networking skills with a proven track record of closing complex sales deals
