Implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems
Developing secure authentication and authorization processes
Designing identity federation solutions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance cybersecurity measures
Performing system audits
Managing identity and access policies
Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including identity provisioning, single sign-on (SSO), and access certifications
Proficiency in authentication and authorization protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Active Directory
Experience with Identity Federation and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutions
Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and frameworks, including Zero Trust Architecture and regulatory compliance standards
Proven ability to troubleshoot ICAM systems and conduct detailed system audits to enhance performance and security
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is strongly preferred
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are beneficial
Experience working in a hybrid work environment and collaborating with remote teams is advantageous
