Brock & Scott PLLC is seeking an experienced Change Management Manager to lead organizational transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies, ensuring the successful adoption of organizational changes while minimizing disruption to business operations.

Responsibilities
Design and execute change management processes to facilitate employee adoption
Develop comprehensive change management plans aligned with organizational objectives
Ensure Client directives received are updated and easy to access
Oversight of external client communication related to legislative and state changes
Collaborate with senior leaders and executives on change management as needed
Support and coach managers through process changes, looking for standardization opportunities and efficiency gains
Design, develop, and deliver monthly communications to stakeholders on firm changes
Provide input and support for training programs development for new processes
Document requirements and support training when needed
Review for correct implementation
Identify and engage correct stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience in change management processes and strategies
Ability to develop comprehensive change management plans
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience in collaborating with senior leaders and executives
Ability to design and deliver communications to stakeholders
Experience in supporting training programs development
Ability to document requirements and support training
Experience in impact assessment and monitoring of change initiatives
