Responsibilities
Source, identify, and engage qualified veterinarian candidates
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including outreach, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and placement
Develop and maintain professional relationships with veterinary candidates and client practices
Operate independently to generate leads, manage pipelines, and close placements
Accurately track candidate and client activity using provided systems or approved tools
Meet mutually agreed-upon performance expectations tied to commission earnings
Qualification
Required
Prior recruiting, staffing, or business development experience preferred (veterinary or healthcare experience is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
Comfortable with commission-only compensation and outbound recruiting efforts
Preferred
Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms is a plus
