Responsibilities
Support the selection and setup of our new office location, including coordination with interior designers, contractors, and other external vendors
Manage ongoing relationships with office service providers such as maintenance, cleaning, security, and property teams
Maintain budget and document all expenses and payments related to the move and office setup
Assist with office equipment setup, workspace allocation, and facilities-related improvements
Setup office resources and order supplies and ensure the office is setup as a healthy and safe work environment
Serve as the primary point of contact with all vendors including movers, delivery's, building management, maintenance, and more
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience in at least 1 Office Move and setup
No task is too big or too small for you!
You are highly organized, task driven, and know how to effectively communicate updates or delays
Experience with vendor setup and management
Around 2+ years of experience in administrative, office coordination, or similar roles
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Proactive mindset, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
Completed at LEAST 1 office move / setup is a MUST
Preferred
Familiarity with handling vendors and basic office management tasks is a plus
