Human Resources (HR) Manager

Integrated Wound Care (IWC) is looking for an HR Manager to meet the objectives of a rapidly growing, multi-state, wound care organization. The HR Manager will handle recruitment and hiring, enforce company policies, and collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, interviewing and hiring for all positions
Work alongside COO to handle relations and coverage needs
Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Enhance job satisfaction by handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Required

Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

Desire to work both independently and as a team with a results-driven approach
