Responsibilities

Perform analysis of market and delivery conditions in order to determine present and future material and

Investigate, analyze, and interview potential suppliers and subcontractor to determine manufacturing limitations, facilities, equipment, quality standards and experience

Manage the fulfillment of purchasing task for project procurement

Develop procurement strategies, bid soliciting, contract awards and contract management

Maintain historical equipment procurement information so as to provide to the estimating department

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering, or relevant experience

Minimum of 5+ years of experience working as project and/or procurement support in a construction and/or design services industry

Preferred

Experience with online bidding systems is preferred, PMWeb and Building Connected a plus

Ability to stay organized and prioritize is essential in this role

Strong Excel and data entry skills

Ability to develop relationships with key internal customers and suppliers

Possess a passion for quality, compliance and weighing risk
