Implementation Specialist
JFCRx is seeking an Implementation Specialist Level 1 to assess client business systems and integrate hardware and software solutions. The role involves collaborating with teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing training on installations and support requirements.

Responsibilities
Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze and plan installation, training and support requirements
Maintain knowledge of all company products to conduce effective installations
Collaborate with multiple teams to identify, analyze and resolve complex technical and workflow related challenges
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution
Maintain comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting procedures and best practices
Manage group and individual training with customers, both remote and onsite, on hardware and software
Provide feedback on common technical issues to contribute to the improvement of products and services
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a Health Related field or work experience in a pharmacy related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with ability to prioritize activities
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams on the same project
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong computer skills, including PC set-up, and networking
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to deal with stressful situations as they arise
Travel (up to 80%) to customer locations
