Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing US expat tax returns
Advising on foreign income, exclusions and foreign tax credits
Managing international reporting obligations
Handling foreign companies and shareholder reporting under Form 5471
Communicating directly with clients on their tax positions
Qualification
Required
Active US CPA or Enrolled Agent licence
Minimum 3+ years' hands-on experience in US expat tax
Strong, hands-on experience with Form 5471 is essential
Experience with US expat forms, including 2555, 1116, 8938 and FBAR
Experience with forms such as 8833, 8865, 8858, 3520 or 8621 is a strong advantage
Excellent written and spoken English
