Internet Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound sales inquiries across all channels in a timely, professional manner
Make outbound follow-up calls and messages on unsold and older leads
Qualify interest, confirm intent, and schedule well-prepared appointments
Clearly communicate next steps and set accurate expectations
Maintain detailed, accurate CRM notes and dispositions
Coordinate smoothly with the Sales Team to ensure strong handoffs
Meet or exceed measurable performance standards including: + Contact rates + Appointment volume Show rates
Participate in team huddles, coaching sessions, and contribute ideas to improve messaging and process

You understand that fast response and consistent follow-up drive results
You enjoy the car business but want a role with structure, balance, and professionalism

You know how to guide conversations without sounding scripted
You take ownership of follow-up and outcomes
You treat the CRM as a tool, not a suggestion
You're self-directed, accountable, and comfortable being measured on results

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to schedule and confirm quality appointments
Comfortable using CRM systems and managing follow-up
Organized, dependable, and coachable
Reliable commute to Greer, SC or plans to relocate
