Genesys Developer
Tekgence Inc is seeking a Genesys Developer with strong hands-on experience in Genesys Contact Center platforms. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting customer interaction solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams to enhance customer experience and ensure system stability.
Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and support Genesys Contact Center solutions
Design and modify call flows, IVR, and routing strategies
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements and enhancements
Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Maintain documentation and follow best practices
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Genesys Engage / Genesys Framework / Genesys Cloud
Strong knowledge of IVR, Call Routing, SIP, VoIP, CTI
Experience with Genesys Composer, Routing, Configuration Manager
Programming knowledge in Java / JavaScript / Python
