Responsibilities
Code complex logic using advanced Activities, Job Schedulers, and Queue Processors
Configure Next-Best-Action strategies, Data Flows, and adaptive models in Pega CDH
Lead migration to Pega Constellation architecture and implement DX APIs
Build high-volume REST/Kafka integrations and write custom Java wrappers
Architect complex Case Management for long-running transactions and sub-processes
Optimize database queries, agent processing, and decisioning speed
Conduct deep-dive code reviews focusing on memory, threading, and Guardrail compliance
Qualification
Required
Certification: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Mandatory
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
12+ years of total software development experience
Minimum 9 years of hands-on Pega development experience
Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity 8.8+ or Pega '23
Core Pega - Deep expertise in Class Structure Design, ECS, Agent/Queue Processor management, and Data Pages (Keyed, Editable, SOR patterns)
Pega CDH Strategy Builder, NBA Designer, Adaptive/Predictive Models, Interaction History, and Real-time Data Flows
