They are seeking an Inspection Project Coordinator responsible for coordinating field activities for in-line inspection and maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures
Coordinate and oversee field implementation of ILI programs and related activities
Act as liaison between Regional Operations, Gas Control, Pipe Integrity, Operations Planning, Commercial Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders
Supervise and coordinate third-party contractors in the field as needed
Manage day-to-day scheduling and coordination with regional teams
Conduct technical analyses and provide actionable recommendations
Perform preliminary facility inspections to support program design and implementation (e.g., launcher/receiver installations, project scoping)
Track daily costs and manpower schedules; maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Provide head office support and assist in procedure and contingency plan development
Identify and implement training requirements for ILI project coordination
Mentor regional ILI coordinators as required
Qualification
Required
Strong safety mindset and adherence to safety protocols
Proven project coordination and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Must maintain a valid passport and be available for travel
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Willingness to work extended hours and in varying weather conditions
Preferred
Experience In Pipeline Design And Construction
Knowledge of gas handling and survey processes; computer literacy is an asset
