Staff Auditor I

Responsibilities

Analyze audit documentation and perform in-depth analysis on gathered work papers
Conduct interviews and investigations with client personnel to assess internal controls
Draft narratives and conclusions based on audit findings
Organize and document audit work in line with policies and procedures and assist in preparing final audit reports

Required

A bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college or university is required
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, the ability to learn quickly, and the ability to work both independently and in team settings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time for overnight stays, with a valid driver's license required

Preferred

A minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher in accounting courses is strongly preferred for recent graduates
