Troubleshoot errors preventing completed payroll results
Manage wage garnishments
Monitor and distribute Payroll emails and service tickets
Correspond with employees and managers on payroll questions and concerns
Train incoming Payroll employees
Transmit Payroll files
Manage stop payments and reversals and correct direct deposit errors
Processing off-cycle payments
Create and manage daily and weekly payroll reports
Other duties as required by the needs of the payroll staff
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
3- 5 years of previous payroll processing experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
Detail- oriented
Preferred
Experience with Workday and ADP
Experience with Microsoft Excel
