Attains individual and branch performance goals for loan volume, deposit growth, referrals, business development and client experience performance

Prospects for new clients and cultivates existing relationships to increase profitability and reduce costs

Performs all daily activities of running a branch including operating a teller drawer, opening accounts, process work, etc
