Responsibilities
For Upstream Oil and Gas regulations, perform initial applicability and data analysis on environmental regulations for air, water, and waste, and evaluate alternatives to meet compliance requirements, articulate recommendations
Expertise in ESG reporting and assurance processes
Familiarity with lifecycle assessment (LCA) and carbon accounting methodologies
Participate in sustainability initiatives in the organization
Ensure data collection methods and practices comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and standards
Prepare reports to demonstrate compliance with environmental permits and regulations
Record and organize collected data systematically, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance
Qualification
Required
3-7 years of experience in sustainability engineering or related field
Expertise in ESG reporting and assurance processes
Familiarity with lifecycle assessment (LCA) and carbon accounting methodologies
Ability to perform initial applicability and data analysis on environmental regulations for air, water, and waste
Ability to evaluate alternatives to meet compliance requirements and articulate recommendations
Experience in participating in sustainability initiatives within an organization
Knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations and standards
Ability to prepare reports to demonstrate compliance with environmental permits and regulations
Skill in recording and organizing collected data systematically, ensuring accuracy and completeness
