Responsibilities
Own the North America performance narrative across budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting across the P&L, with visibility of key balance sheet and cash drivers
Build and improve models and reporting tools to increase accuracy, speed, and consistency, using Hubexo global Business Control standards and templates
Own and improve commercial KPIs, turning results into actions across revenue growth, profitability, cost efficiency, and cash conversion
Partner with the Regional Commercial Leadership Team through decision-ready insight, scenario modelling, and clear recommendations
Support Commercial, Tech, and Product teams with business cases, prioritisation decisions, and performance improvement initiatives
Contribute to strategic projects such as pricing, new product modelling, and M&A-related work, including diligence inputs and integration reporting
Qualification
Required
Must be authorised to work in the United States
2+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling and scenario analysis
Experience working with an ERP and BI/reporting tools
Comfort working with CRM data and commercial metrics
Preferred
Experience in SaaS or tech
Experience with tools such as NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Experience with Salesforce or similar
