Minitab is looking for an intern to work in the Information Development department to support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for their product ecosystem. The role involves assisting with updating help topics, performing technical support duties, and aiding in special projects.

Assist with updating our help topics to support new designs and improvements

Perform a wide variety of technical support duties to assist the Information Development staff

Assist with special projects as assigned

Required

Completed at least two years of college-level course work with an emphasis in Information Sciences and Technology, technical writing, or related field

Strong written communication skills

Experience with SQL and JavaScript

Aptitude to quickly learn new software applications

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, co-workers, and external parties

Strong time management, organization, and prioritization skills

Ability to multi-task, work effectively to meet deadlines, and be flexible

Ability to work with limited supervision

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams)

Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the English language

MUST be available to work onsite at our Minitab Corporate Headquarters in State College, PA
