Supervisor, Patient Scheduling & Front Desk
ChenMed is dedicated to transforming lives every day by providing exceptional patient experiences for seniors. The Supervisor, Patient Scheduling & Front Desk will lead a dynamic front desk team, ensuring high-quality patient care and optimizing scheduling and patient flow.
Responsibilities
Supervise front desk operations including quality, compliance, and patient experience
Ensure high-priority patients (Top 40 and risk score 70+) are scheduled appropriately
Handle escalated patient issues with professionalism and care
Support PCP scheduling optimization and prevent booking conflicts
Train and develop Care Facilitator team members
Monitor performance standards and implement improvement plans
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Healthcare/medical office experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems
Passion for serving seniors with dignity and respect
Detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments
Commitment to compliance and quality standards
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
