Responsibilities

Implement the mission of IT Desktop Hardware Asset Management by maintaining hardware assets across the enterprise and providing exceptional end-user support
Support the lifecycle management of desktop and mobile asset platforms, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, returns, and disposal
Continuously assess asset management controls and documentation, ensuring alignment with evolving processes and sustained audit readiness
Identify and implement opportunities to improve process and procedure efficiency through automation
Physically handle and move IT equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed during deployment, retrieval, and inventory processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in information technology, related field or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience with IT Hardware Asset Management
Understanding of asset lifecycle management, governance, and risk controls
Knowledge of ServiceNow, SCCM, Workspace One, and PowerShell scripting
REST API Experience and an understanding of OAuth 2.0
Ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-structured documentation and perform detailed reviews to ensure consistency and quality
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

CompTIA Security + or an equivalent certification
