Responsibilities

Own client relationships for assigned business groups; lead intakes, workforce/demand planning, status reviews, and debriefs
Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, campaigns, events, and referrals
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience: structured prep, timely feedback, and clear, consistent communication
Lead offer strategy and close; partner with compensation and HR to secure top talent
Drive operating rhythm: reporting cadence, dashboards, pipeline health reviews, and supply/demand forecasts
Facilitate rigorous interview practices and bar-raising debriefs; enable and train interviewers
Continuously improve processes, tools, and workflows to increase speed, quality, and compliance; document and share best practices
Collaborate closely with recruiting peers (sourcers, full-cycle recruiters, coordinators) to foster a service-oriented, high-trust culture

Required

8+ years of corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience
3+ years managing and influencing VP/Director-level stakeholders
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate relationship tools; strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred

Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, consulting, and negotiation skills; ability to influence, set expectations, and apply constructive pushback
Data-driven approach: set benchmarks, track metrics, forecast, and prioritize to meet or exceed customer SLAs
Experience supporting Operations functions (e.g. manufacturing, supply chain, facilities) or similar domains
Proven ability to design multi-channel sourcing strategies and employer brand initiatives
Ability to architect and scale organization-wide recruiting operating mechanisms with VP/Director stakeholders (e.g., intake/prioritization, headcount allocation, SLAs, governance); deliver executive-ready dashboards and insights to guide portfolio decisions
Executive communication: ability to author concise stakeholder memos and recruiting strategy documents (problem framing, data/market analysis, options/risks, recommendation, success metrics) for VP/Director audiences
