Executive Recruiter
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end executive searches across technical, professional services, and leadership roles
Partner closely with clients to truly understand the role, the business, and the 'unwritten rules'
Identify, attract, and engage top-tier passive talent who isn’t scrolling job boards
Craft compelling outreach that feels human, not spammy
Vet candidates thoroughly so hiring managers don’t have to 'read between the lines'
Manage candidate experience from first conversation to offer close (and beyond)
Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, because great recruiting is built on trust
Qualification
Required
Proven experience recruiting executive or senior leadership roles within a large enterprise or complex organization
Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to quickly understand different functions and operating models
Experience partnering directly with executives, HR leadership, and talent teams
Exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism
A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in building long-term leadership pipelines
Confidence working directly with senior leaders and decision-makers
A high bar for quality (you care more about the right hire than the fastest hire)
