Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of project owner documents, design plans, and specifications
Perform detailed inspections and assessments of building systems, identifying deficiencies
Develop and execute strategic commissioning test plans and procedures
Generate comprehensive reports outlining commissioning activities, findings, and recommendations
Collaborate seamlessly with project stakeholders to resolve commissioning challenges and ensure successful outcomes
Stay informed on industry standards, codes, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Certified Commissioning Professional or Licensed Engineer
Expertise in building enclosure, mechanical, electrical power, plumbing, and/or fire protection systems
Minimum of 4 years of relevant field experience, including commissioning and construction inspection
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, construction management, and commissioning software tools
Ability to navigate construction sites physically, including climbing and lift operations
Valid driver's license
Clearance eligibility for military bases, with background check
Willingness to travel up to 75%, mainly locally
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, architecture, or related field preferred
Experience with LEED or similar sustainability certifications
Understanding of building codes and industry benchmarks
