Salesforce Consultant
Voto Consulting LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to lead the Sales Enablement Program within their Salesforce Center of Excellence. The role involves defining technical strategies, delivering Salesforce solutions, and leading a hybrid team to empower commercial teams across Sales, Marketing, and Wealth domains.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the technical strategy for the Sales Enablement program across Sales, Marketing, and Wealth domains
Own end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards
Drive the adoption of modern Salesforce technologies, tools, and best practices
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure Salesforce solutions
Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, security, and compliance across all implementations
Design and govern Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data models
Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to a hybrid team of internal employees and external contractors
Manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality delivery from third-party partners
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and technical excellence
Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams
Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders
Champion agile delivery practices and support iterative, value-driven development
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with modern Salesforce capabilities, including: Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce DX, Salesforce Functions, Data Cloud, Agentforce
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and asynchronous processing
Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines in the Salesforce ecosystem
Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid workforce model (FTEs and contractors)
Strong experience managing technical roadmaps, delivery milestones, and dependencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus
Preferred
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or regulated environments
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Prior experience working within a Center of Excellence (CoE) or governed Salesforce model
