Sales Account Manager
LBU, Inc. is a leading U.S.-based manufacturer of cut-and-sewn promotional products, proudly headquartered in Northern New Jersey. We’re looking for a motivated Sales & Account Manager to join our fast-growing, high-energy sales team, where you will manage client relationships and identify new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with a Sales Executive and Account Executive to exceed team sales goals
Manage and grow client relationships within an existing book of business
Research and prospect new opportunities within a protected sales territory
Qualify and respond to inbound sales inquiries
Support larger accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Prepare pricing, quotes, and client-facing presentations
Manage daily inbound and outbound calls and high email volume
Track activity and pipeline using CRM tools
Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to new and long-term clients
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in sales and/or account management (inside or outside sales)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated team player with a customer-first mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
High School Diploma required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
