Responsibilities
Communicate and implement resiliency program activities division-wide with high-visibility among senior leaders
Partner with other subject matter experts in business continuity management and operational resilience practices across the organization
Collaborate with technology partners and business process owners to ensure an understanding of critical processes, technologies, and operational impacts
Partner with various enterprise risk, divisional risk, and business teams to drive alignment on regulatory and enterprise requirement
Facilitate the execution of Business Impact Assessments, Business Continuity Plans, and Business Continuity Tests
Contribute to the preparedness of the company’s response to a variety of threats and risks
Collaborate with technical specialists within EO+T to understand key resiliency components
Support a risk aware culture by enhancing EO+T understanding of Business Resiliency concepts, enterprise requirements, and strategic connections
Identify program maturity and efficiency improvement recommendations and drive to solution
Find opportunities for operational improvements, help prioritize and drive those enhancements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of business continuity / operational resilience, incident management, technology business management, or related risk management experience
Understanding of technologies supporting platforms, infrastructures, and core network services
Experience with enterprise data tools and dashboards (e.g. Tableau, Python)
Strong communication, presentation, project management, and facilitation skills
Ability to interface directly with stakeholders and management to facilitate task delivery on schedule
Preferred
Bachelor's degree, preferred
