This senior leadership role is responsible for setting strategy, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustainable growth across a ~$500M AUM platform.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the investment advisory and wealth management team
Set strategic direction for advisory services, client experience, and growth
Coach, mentor, and develop advisors and senior team members
Oversee portfolio construction, risk management, and client strategy
Identify and implement new products, services, and client solutions
Improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency across the department
Track industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of governance
Partner with executive leadership to grow AUM and revenue
Represent the firm externally through conferences, client meetings, and events
Qualification
Required
12 - 15+ years of experience in wealth management or investment advisory
5+ years of leadership experience managing advisors or client-facing teams
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
Ability to obtain Series 7, Series 66, and SIE within 6 months
Strong strategic, analytical, and people leadership skills
Comfortable working onsite full-time and relocating to Bellingham, WA
Professional presence with the ability to engage clients and senior stakeholders
Preferred
Experience growing an RIA or advisory platform strongly preferred
CFP designation highly preferred
