This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage multiple trades and ensure homes are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
Supervise residential construction projects from site prep through final completion
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and local building codes
Maintain project schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines
Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
Communicate regularly with project managers, homeowners, and internal teams
Resolve on-site issues and make real-time decisions to keep projects moving
Maintain accurate job site documentation and daily reports
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in residential construction supervision or similar role
Strong knowledge of residential building processes, materials, and trades
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Familiarity with safety standards and OSHA requirements
Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites
Preferred
Experience managing multiple residential projects simultaneously
Background working with custom homes, remodels, or production builds
Knowledge of local building codes and inspections
