Responsibilities

Own engineering planning and execution across product and platform teams
Run quarterly planning, sprint cycles, and delivery reviews
Align distributed teams across the US, Europe, and India
Improve quality, stability, and customer-facing responsiveness
Establish and evolve planning, tracking, and reporting practices (JIRA / Confluence)
Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Pre-Sales to align priorities
Identify delivery bottlenecks and drive scalable process improvements

Required

8+ years leading technical programs in software-driven environments

Proven ability to influence without direct authority

Preferred
