The role involves owning the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions that enhance management reporting, planning, and analytics capabilities within HP’s global Finance organization.

Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with Finance leaders to understand reporting priorities and influence technology strategy
Architect and implement management reporting solutions leveraging platforms such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP PAPM, S4/BW, and Web Intelligence
Apply deep knowledge of profitability reporting, fully burdened cost analysis, and Finance master data; familiarity with product master data and integration points is a plus
Lead initiatives to integrate AI-driven solutions and automation for Finance processes and internal efficiency
Identify opportunities for standardized, cost-effective IT solutions that serve multiple business units and geographies
Manage complex implementations from concept to completion, ensuring stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and timely delivery
Advocate for best practices in reporting design, data governance, and IT process improvement across the organization
Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to building a high-performing, collaborative team culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in Finance IT projects, management reporting, and process improvement
Proven track record in SAP-based reporting solutions and integration across enterprise platforms
Strong understanding of Finance management reporting concepts, profitability analysis, and master data management
Expertise in Agile methodology, business analysis, and project management
Technical proficiency in SQL, automation tools, and AI application design
Preferred
Experience with SAP PAPM, S/4 HANA, S4/BW, and related reporting tools
Familiarity with AI/ML applications for Finance
Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or SAP are a plus
