The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Director for their Financial Services Client in Consumer Banking. This role involves leading the marketing strategy for deposits and retail banking, focusing on growth and engagement while executing hands-on marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Drive all consumer Deposits marketing initiatives with a strong focus on checking acquisition and growth

Develop product-level marketing strategies across onboarding, engagement, retention, and lifecycle management

Shape the broader Retail Marketing strategy with potential for future leadership expansion

Design and execute digital, paid media, email, and sales enablement programs

Implement trigger-based and lifecycle marketing strategies to drive activation and long-term value

Set direction for consumer engagement across all channels—public-facing and owned

Collaborate with Compliance, Creative, Product Management, Retail Banking Leadership, and external agencies

Manage agency relationships for copywriting and campaign support

Partner with internal teams to develop email content and execute campaigns

Operate as both strategic leader and hands-on operator—comfortable zooming out and digging into details

Provide clarity and direction in a large, matrixed enterprise environment

Influence and lead without direct authority; act as a strong collaborator and organizational anchor

Support deposit marketing for small business segment (revenue ≤ $20M)
