They are seeking a Litigation Coordinator to support their Med Legal team by managing expert scheduling, documentation coordination, and communication with customers regarding case status.

Responsibilities
Coordinate calendar and expert scheduling of MBR Experts
Participate in DRM (Designation, Retention, and Motions) workflow through scheduling and obtaining of documentation that is critical to protecting our testifying experts
Document Coordination including assembling and delivering expert files for production to customers in advance of Deposition Testimony
Ad hoc support of the Litigation Coordination team and MBR Experts
Participate in weekly rhythm meetings
Process MBR Expert Correspondence including testimony notices and depositions
Manage the Litigation Coordinator inbox and respond to email requests on behalf of contracted MBR Experts
Communicate with customers regarding case status and testimony needs (email and phone)
Coordinate with other departments to successfully execute processes
Prepare and respond to customers, experts, discovery and interrogatories requests
Qualification
Required
2+ years preferably in a position of responsibility
Associates degree and/or relevant work experience
Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with web-based applications
Experience with calendaring and scheduling in a fast-paced environment
Ability to accept constructive feedback
Detail focused with a penchant for accuracy
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
High energy, engaging, and outgoing
Preferred
Paralegal or legal assistant experience highly preferred
