Responsibilities
Manage campaign assets within workflow tools, validate materials, obtain internal approvals, and maintain timelines to ensure on-time delivery
Build and deliver campaign target audience lists using IBM Unica 12 across multiple platforms, including Oracle Responsys and external vendors via SFTP/API
Execute and support email deployments, including A/B subject line testing, send-time optimization, QA of rendering and functionality, and proof circulation
Partner with cross-functional teams (CRM IT, marketing, compliance, analytics) to support daily operations, troubleshoot data issues, perform testing, and ensure data flows and processes function correctly
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience in CRM, targeting, or campaign operations
Hands-on experience coordinating trafficking activities using production management or workflow tools in a multi-project, fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Proficiency in IBM Unica (10/12 preferred), Microsoft Office, and email marketing platforms; familiarity with Adobe Analytics, SQL, and Oracle Responsys is a plus
