Medicare Account Executive
Connie Health empowers older Americans to make informed and confident healthcare decisions through its Medicare consumer platform. The Medicare Account Executive will be responsible for building relationships with clients and guiding them through the Medicare plan selection process.
Responsibilities
Building relationships with clients
Educating and guiding clients through the Medicare plan selection process
Ensuring clients have a seamless experience from initial consultation to enrollment
Managing leads
Conducting personalized consultations
Providing ongoing support to address client inquiries and concerns
Staying updated on Medicare regulations and offerings
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
Experience in sales, customer service, or Medicare-related roles
Knowledge of Medicare plans, including Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans
Ability to educate clients and convey information clearly and empathetically
Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage leads and meet deadlines
Proficiency in technology tools and platforms for remote work, such as CRM software
Current or willingness to obtain a health insurance license is a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
