Senior Sales Associate

Responsibilities

Hunt for new prospects and opportunities with new customers
Meet and exceed targets by leading with customer value and trust
Structure deals and leverage market and business insight to outsell the competition
Identify more opportunities daily and encourage customers to renew contracts
Commercialize software and data solutions for Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Corporates, and other financial institutions
Implement strategy for long term balanced growth of LSEG’s footprint
Provide in-depth customer and market insights to identify new business opportunities
Partner with technical sales engineering leads to implement strong collaborative relationships
Supervise all aspects of key competitors, analyzing their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
Drive thought-leadership agenda as the internal and external spokesperson for your proposition
Have a strong eye for business and commercial strategy
Influence individuals and groups in meetings
Work on tight deadlines in a high performance and inspiring environment
Proactively identify pipeline opportunities
Deliver customer demonstrations on specific propositions

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience working with data feeds for quantitative use cases and strategy development workflows
Outstanding solutions selling skills with a consistent track record in a quota-bearing environment
Highly Driven and Self-Motivated Knowledge and direct experience in selling solutions to the Financial Services community
Creative problem solver and good sales conceptualization skills
Presentation skills (verbal & written)
Strong listening skills and interpersonal skill
Expert understanding of quantitative and systematic workflow and Competitor Landscape
Strong technical knowledge specifically within the financial markets trade and execution domain
