Responsibilities

Support the execution of programs related to Dedicated Regions and Oracle Alloy

Implement mechanisms to standardize processes and drive quality across product lifecycle

Nurture a collaborative, customer-centric, data-driven culture within the team

Participate in technical discussions with customers and internal teams to address customer needs

Collaborate regularly with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve customer issues

Manage hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members

Provide coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day leadership to the team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and related roles

Contribute to process and quality improvements using feedback from various sources

Ensure timely follow-up on product issues and serve as an advocate for customer needs

Required

10+ years of relevant program/project management experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent

Experience in managing cross functional teams in complex technology integration projects

Proven track record of establishing positive relationships with customers, external and third parties, internal product teams, support organization, and executive stakeholders

Preferred

Experience working with distributed or geographically diverse teams

Background in cloud migration projects or enterprise technology deployments

Familiarity with major public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
