Responsibilities

Develop multi-channel recruitment strategies (e.g., digital ads, email/SMS campaigns, in-clinic marketing, provider referrals) for active and planned clinical trials both internally within our health system and external campaigns

Identify and test new recruitment channels and partnerships

Partner with the research operations team to align recruitment plans with study timelines and enrollment targets. Modify strategy and plans as needed to align with goals

Review outreach materials, patient-facing content developed by Carbon Health. Suggest new outreach material and content ideas

Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, and funnel metrics; provide data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness

Perform outreach to potential external partners, associations, and health systems for recruitment
