Responsibilities

Establish and manage banking relationships and bank accounts/services
Manage user access to internal and external systems managed by Treasury
Manage all aspects of interest earned on deposits which include detailed monthly reconciliation and reporting
Manage all aspects of escheatment (reporting and remitting of stale checks to all States) which requires coordination with internal departments and the vendor
Liaise with internal departments and banks to resolve on going standard and non-standard issues
Participate in audits
Test system enhancements
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organizations culture and values

Qualification

Required

Prior experience in bank administration
High proficiency in Excel
Critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgement

Preferred

Experience in SQL a plus
Prior experience in mortgage banking a plus
