Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including C-suite executives and decision-makers
Conduct regular client meetings (in-person and virtual) to review plan performance, address concerns, and provide strategic guidance
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deliver value-added services
Oversee the implementation and ongoing administration of executive benefit plans, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of plan documents, reports, and other materials
Monitor plan performance and provide clients with regular updates and recommendations for improvement
Partner with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored retirement benefit strategies that align with their objectives
Provide insights on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in executive retirement planning
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by introducing additional products and services
Work closely with internal teams, including actuarial, compliance, marketing, and sales, to deliver seamless client service
Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare for client events, conferences, and other engagements
Contribute to the development of promotional materials and thought leadership content related to executive retirement benefits
Identify and refer new business opportunities to the sales team, leveraging existing client relationships and industry networks
Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events to build brand awareness and establish new connections
Travel as needed (up to 50-70%) to meet with clients, attend conferences, and support business development efforts
Be willing to work extended hours to meet client deadlines and business needs
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the team and organization

Required

Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required
Strong understanding of executive retirement plans
Strong knowledge of executive retirement plans, including non-qualified deferred compensation plans, SERPs, and other specialized benefit programs
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a client-focused mindset
Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed

Preferred

Minimum five (5) years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in relationship management, retirement benefits, or a related field, with a focus on executive or non-qualified plans
