Responsibilities

Solicit new business while maintaining strong relationships with current customers to achieve or exceed sales production goals

Proactively connect with customers, understand their needs, and expand business opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions

Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including timely deposits and documentation in the agency management system

Quickly establish rapport with clients and provide expert guidance to help them choose the insurance product that best fits their needs

Required

Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people

A High School Diploma or GED

Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust

Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills

An ambitious, motivated attitude with a desire for growth and advancement

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we'll support you in obtaining one)

Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
