Responsibilities
Lead strategic capital equipment sourcing for assigned categories
Develop and implement global sourcing processes and negotiation strategies
Manage commercial negotiations with OEM partners and ensure supply chain efficiency
Coordinate demand forecasting and cost reduction initiatives across multiple sites
Implement inventory optimization programs to enhance service levels and reduce costs
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all management levels
Mentor and develop supply chain personnel to enhance team capabilities
Collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance and resolve vendor issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management, with 5+ years of relevant experience, or 8 years of related experience
Proficiency in OEM vendor management, sourcing, and purchasing processes
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20% - 30%)
Preferred
Experience in capital equipment sourcing within semiconductor, PV, or battery manufacturing industries
Familiarity with MRP concepts and ERP systems (SAP & Oracle preferred)
