Responsibilities

Assist with all aspects of general commercial litigation, including case management, legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation

Work directly with the lead partner and, as capacity allows, support other attorneys in the group

Prepare and organize documents for court filings, hearings, and depositions

Conduct factual and legal research to support case strategy

Manage client communications and intake as needed

Maintain and update case files and litigation calendars

Handle last-minute assignments and prioritize tasks effectively
